Did someone say ‘Coastal Canyon’ views?  Well, this lot was perfectly placed to take in ocean vistas and California canyons.  Eric Olsen designed an open concept style home that not only catches every view but every bit of the canyon breeze.  All the rooms lead to open patio spaces that never end.  Garden Studio Design was tasked with designing patio spaces that are literally an extension of the indoor living spaces.  Every inch of this lot is put to good use so as a result the entire home looks and feels like one open space perfect for entertaining or sitting on a chaise reading a book.
